Id like to say a BIG Thankyou to all carers who are looking after my mum. 4 hills are a amazing company who my mother loves everyone who comes into care for her daily care needs.they always make my mum smile and feel safe and I can know myself I can go home and I dont have to worry.theres been a few times the carers have been there and spotted something wrong and straight away called me Id recommend 4 hills care to anyone looking for a care package for themselves or family member. Everything they do is from the heart not just because its a job and Im so grateful mum has this care package. Thankyou 4 hills (10 out of 5 stars)

The manager does not like it when you complain! Firstly a carer was leaving the medication box unlocked repeatedly. Next complaint was that a carer did 3 visits over a space of 4.5hrs. 46 mins were worked in total out of 2 hours paid for! After this complaint I have been given notice to end the contract after receiving accusations that its my fault for refusing the first carer months ago over medication!
