Fantastic service from Sarah at Avalon couches. I urgently needed a spare part for my 22 year old couch. Sarah confirmed the correct part number and the spare was shipped overnight. It arrived promptly this morning, has been fitted and my couch is like new again. Thank you Avalon.

What a great company to deal with - the customer service is exceptional. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. Extremely polite and very helpful. The electric couch is amazing - super smooth and quiet. Clients say how comfortable it is. I can lower it so that they don't struggle to get on and then raise it with ease to my working height. I opted for the extra wide version and glad that I did as clients look totally relaxed. Was a pleasure doing business with Avalon Couches and would recommend to anyone.

I just wanted to say how pleased and impressed I a with this company. The couch is beautiful and easy to use, smooth transition when raising or lowering sections. My clients love it. It is making a great difference to my working day and clients are reaping the benefits as I can now work in a more comfortable position with the bed at a perfect level. I bought a new electric therapy couch in December 2020. This company is professional in every way. Sarah in customer services is very helpful in helping you to decide what you need. No hard pressure sales, rather she goes to great lengths to ensure you purchase the right couch. I opted for an installation service which was definitely worth the extra money. The guys that delivered and installed the couch were friendly and professional and they did not leave until I was 100% happy. I highly recommend this company because I feel they sell first class couches which is so important for client safety. If you need a new couch, don`t buy something cheap from the internet, deal with Avalon and you will feel safe in the knowledge you have bought the best for yourself as a practitioner and your clients.
