Would be less than 1 star if I could. They arranged via my estate agent to survey a house I was buying. Wasn't notified if they attended the appointment.. had to call to check. Then nothing... Had to call to chase and was told the report would be competed and sent through that week. Nothing. I couldn't risk the sale of the house falling through and had to risk buying not knowing the state of the house. I've not heard anything from them at all. When I read the reviews I thought.. how bad could it be? Bad.. as it turns out. Totally unprofessional. So badly admined. Go somewhere else.

Just appalling customer service, but apparently the Tennant is not a customer only the landlord is, that says a lot, the renter is just an inconvenience!!!!

we rented though them for 5 years. had moths which damaged the carpets. they explained that this was just one of them things and not to worry we wouldn't have to pay for it. they gave us the details for there moth guy (Mothman Pete who is a legend!). At the end of the tenancy they wouldn't give us our deposit back we had to go though a depute. they lied on the statement saying we never told them until the march out! although we had some proof it wasn't enough as we put it in too late and lost 25% of our deposit because of this. They also told us that the landlord was very stubborn and difficult to deal with. (should of been alarm bells) BEWARE if you use them get EVERYTHING IN WRITING TO CONFIRM WHAT THEY HAVE SAID!!! other wise you WILL lose out.
