We recently bought a brand new Fiat Ducato which will to convert to a camper. Before we even started the conversion, Ian came to our home to give us in-depth advice regarding the work involved. We reckon that for the rate charged for this consultancy, we've probably saved a fortune by simply knowing what to do and what not to do, and where not to waste money. Absolutely invaluable! Everything was carried out in a highly organised and professional way. This was our first experience of a mobile caravan service-LV-Artisan was strongly recommended to us by friends. Previously we'd always towed our van to our dealer then left it there for a couple of days before having to collect it-two round trips of 100 miles each. Ian provided a really excellent and thorough service-including addressing the current corona virus issues. At the completion of the service Ian took us through the report alerting us to a couple of issues which he will fix for us. The feedback we had on every aspect of the service was a great deal better than anything we've had in 10 years of caravanning. I would recommend this company unreservedly and will use them again in future years.

Ian came and solved an issue that I have been wrestling with for months. Reassuringly Professional is what it says and that's what he is. I have just had Ian to carry out a hab check. An outstanding and comprehensive service by an expert with vast experience. Found and fixed a serious fault missed by all inspections for the last 6 years!!! Sep 30 2019 and another outstanding service on our caravan. Ian is clearly a knowledgeable expert in his field. Once again he provided not only the full and comprehensive service but also resolved safety critical issues with the gas hob. Thanks Ian - put me in your diary for the next service in 2020.

Ian gave our Bailey GT60 caravan a full internal and external service yesterday and was so thorough and professional-as usual He repaired what was necessary and advised what was needed to be followed through. I would recommend Ian to anyone with vehicle requirements as his knowledge, expertise, manner and attention to detail. Ian is quite simply The Only person I will trust to service and supply to my caravan!
