The online order went through foodhub, they added extras on to our order when we were on checkout, so we couldn't see it, after checking the order several times when placing it. Asked for the rund for the extras when we picked it up, they fob you off with an email address and you never get the refund. After months of back atjd forth, food hub have only offered vouchers to order more from them and no cash refund. Rip off!

Charge for delivery then try to make you collect!!! No refund and No food - super unhappy I placed an order at 5:30 this evening via food hub. Order was accepted and was waiting for it to arrive. 6pm I had a phone call from the restaurant to say its too far for them to deliver could I collect. I advised I had ordered through the food hub app, my order was accepted I had paid for delivery - I was unable to drive as unwell in bed. They then asked me to meet them half way again I explained I was unwell hense ordered a takeaway. (I am unable to collect as heavily pregnant and on bed rest) The phone was then given to someone else who was very rude and told me it wasnt worth their time delivering my order and so I would have to just get a refund. I explained this wasnt very fair when they accepted the order, and waited over 30 minutes to tell me I couldnt get my food.. the man was very rude and didnt care to listen, I advised it wasnt very good customer service and also false advertising when they are saying they deliver but making people collect. I asked when the refund would happen and the man told me to wait for it and put the phone down. I certainly wont be ever considering using this restaurant again and would advise anyone else to consider before ordering.

No refund and No food - super unhappy
I placed an order at 5:30 this evening via food hub.
Order was accepted and was waiting for it to arrive.
6pm I had a phone call from the restaurant to say its too far for them to deliver could I collect.
I advised I had ordered through the food hub app, my order was accepted I had paid for delivery - I was unable to drive as unwell in bed. They then asked me to meet them half way again I explained I was unwell hense ordered a takeaway.
(I am unable to collect as heavily pregnant and on bed rest)
The phone was then given to someone else who was very rude and told me it wasnt worth their time delivering my order and so I would have to just get a refund.
