RSD were fantastic throughout. I reached out for a custom side table - taller and different dimensions than normally offered. Got a reply within a day with an immediate price. Incredibly easy to then order online, and was delivered within 2-3 weeks as advertised via courier with full tracking. Seamless service. The table itself is sturdy, perfect to size, great quality and really looks the part. As good as any big branded item, but immensely solid in quality and construction. Can't recommend enough. What can I say about this company. From my initial contact Kevin was extremely professional and answered all of my questions regarding making a bestoke piece of furniture for a space in my kitchen. He very quickly mocked up designs and talked about how I wanted the finished product to look. Prior to completion we again discussed the finish on the oak and he wanted photos of other pieces of furniture in the same room so he could ensure the closest colour match. Then Kevin undertook an 11 hour round trip to deliver and install my unit with the utmost care. The unit itself goes way beyond my expectations and to say I am thrilled with it is an understatement. We cant stop looking at it. Remarks from people who have seen it include stunning, splendid, classy and just Wow! I cant thank Kevin and his team enough, they brought my dream to life and I am in love with it.
