Paul is the one of the nicest, most friendliest people you could wish to meet and as a solicitor he is top of the class. He goes above and beyond to make sure you get the outcome you deserve, you are never just a client to paul he really cares about you and understand the stress and discomfort you are going through, he will make sure get you the best treatment and often phones or emails to see how you are doing. Paul will update you regularly on how your case is going and is also always there if you need him. If you are looking for a solicitor I can not recommend paul enough, he will never give up on you and fights to the end. I moved to FT Chronic Pain Solicitors after I became unhappy with my previous representation. The move was simple and easy to do, Paul kept me in the loop the whole process. Paul and I crossed paths after Paul commented on one of my posts on a CRPS forum because it was all new to me and I was so lost, in pain and wanted answers. My previous legal team had no idea.
