        very poor service, refused to take my evri parcel despite the machine printing me a label. When i questioned why i was told we are a small shop and our next pick up is not until tuesday so we are only taking smaller drop offs right now. Not impressed, they are my local shop so I used them a lot, not anymore. Would not have minded so much if there was a notice somewhere by the machine, honestly think they just decided not to take it purely because they could as neither one of them cared

        The young lady on the counter served me Gold Leaf instead of Amber Leaf today (and I hate Gold Leaf). Not her fault really; if we still had branded packaging (with warnings) it wouldn't have been a problem; and it's not such a hard mistake to make. I opened the tobacco (not realising myself) and had 2 cigarettes from it before deciding to return it. The manager very helpfully agreed to exchange the tobacco for Gold Leaf. Very helpful, great service, very positive experience all round.
