The reason why 4 stars is because he was supposed to give me a diagnostic between a day or two before, and didn't due to personal and professional circumstances that got in the way. This could have been clarified with a message in advance which he didn't do - but, with the current climate and situation it's understandable that he must have been stressed and/or lost in his thoughts.
As soon as he picked it up he fixed it the same day. The whole process was enjoyable and worth the money and I couldn't thank him enough as this was a problem I couldn't fix myself.
