The surgery is clearly stretched way beyond what they can handle and managed poorly. Weekly calls to try and get an appointment are met with "sorry no appointments today." and today I was told no appointments because most of their doctors were working from home!!!!!!!! Having to wait 3 weeks just for a phone consultation is a disgrace.

Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service from all - GPS, nurses and administrators. Only criticism is sometimes hard to get an appointment unless booked in advance.

Staff are very good ...especially nursing staff.. helpful kind and professional Doctor's also are very good

My partner had an appointment to see a doctor last night. Appointment was made weeks ago. Very rarely does he go to the doctors. An hour before appointment the surgery rang to try an d get him to have a phone appointment. Didn't accept that! Then when he did see the doctor she was rude and not one bit interested. These doctors all want praising and pay rises but don't want to work for it! Will be making a formal complaint about her!
