Top notch!! ordered a new Kranzle from Gerry as I had bought some quick connects previoulsy and service was spot on. Sent him an email about a price match Saturday, he replied Sunday night which he agreed to teh rice match - Ordered Monday - Tuesday he called to say he could deliver it in person on the evening - now thats a great service.

Amazing after care! Purchased a large pressure washer 2 years ago, it stopped working, problem diagnosed over the phone and without charge. Amazing local independent company with thorough product knowledge. Not the usual 'It's out of warranty' or 'Contact the manufacturer'. Thank you so much!!

Excellent Service. Helen was really helpful in answering all my stupid questions, and took the time to go through things to make sure I was happy. Ordered a Pressure washer Friday afternoon, arrived first thing Monday. Excellent service. Cannot recommend enough.
