I contacted Moonraker beds requesting details of their nearest stockist to myself, unfortunately they have no stockists in my area, however, they said they would happily deal with me direct. From start to finish they were helpful, friendly and efficient. I now have my Wiltshire mattress which is o I am over moon with it and sleeping like a baby every night! Great company

I ordered an Ottoman bed and mattress from furniture village on May 26th. They were happy to take my money and give me a 7 week delivery date. 10 weeks later, 2 missed promised delivery days and numerous phone calls later I have no bed and no delivery date. So I Cancelled the order!!! The staff were all polite but didn't seem to use joined up thinking. So on a friends recommendation I rang Queenstreet carpets and furnishings in Exeter. Dealt with Ian in bedding dept. Within the hour I had a Moonraker Beds catalogue emailed to me with prices, availability and delivery times. I rang the next day which was Thursday, ordered the bed etc and paid for it on a credit card, and was promised it would be in store for collection on the following Monday that's only 5 days !! Delivery from the store would be approx 2 weeks. I needed the bed so opted to collect it. Collection was fast and easy and done "Covid safely" . I would definately recommend Queenstreet furnishings and Moonraker beds to anybody. They are reliable, friendly and good quality. Thank you guys for your help.
