Glevum Windows Doors & Conservatories

Avoid this company. We have a whole house full of Gleavum windows and doors, and a great number of problems. Some have been sorted but more keep arising. Recently blown window panes, apparently theyll replace them under the warranty but you pay for fitting, several hundred pounds! Further, the customer care team are incredibly rude, obstructive, and seem to play the part of a revenue protection team more than anything else. In short, find somewhere else to get windows from, these guys do not care about you. Update: There are two businesses sharing a domain, name, and vans. The company Im referring to fitted windows in my new build house, I have uploaded some photos of the quality product you can expect (Gleavum spent 9 months arguing before replacing these - they now want hundreds to replace the blown window). This is operated as a different business, presumably for plausible deniability reasons. My review stands. I would not do business with Gleavum in any form, ever again.

Glevum has just installed our new front door. Excellent service from first contact to the final installation. These guys are a refreshing change, they kept their appointments times, gave us an installation date and stuck to it. The installation team were really efficient and friendly. Will be in touch soon to order the back doors. Thank you Glevum

Had new front door installed recently. Very reasonable quote, work carried out within a few weeks with no disruption to me. All mess cleaned up. Would definately recommend. Very satisfied customer
