Shameless and crass way they throw many existing NHS customers off their books despite repeatedly cancelling appointments, making it impossible to visit within the allocated time frame.

Joined recently. Great Service, nice looking practice, friendly staff. No issues at all. Was asked for payment in advance no issue, document I signed said this was going to happen, costs explained. Everyone seems really happy.

The best part about this practice is the one young receptionist. She was lovely and empathic. I have spent hundreds at Westbury as I have been in absolutely agony. He gave me three fillings I did need but had nothing to do with the agony I was in. Three fillings when I had a half a wisdom tooth reeking havoc. Paying private and been taken for a mug. I went to a private dentist today who took the tooth in question out there and then. The service was worth every penny and I'll now be paying the extra to go there. Avoid Westbury. As I said the one receptionist is a gem and the nurse accompanying the dentist was the only person to show me comfort when I was visually scared when the anaesthetic didn't flipping work!

Not a good dentist at all. So I went private to be able to get in. I had a crown changed on the front of my tooth as it was discoloured, the dentist put the wrong colour on - told me I would not be charged when it came to changing it. When I booked the appointment for the change & a filling I was told it would be 180, I disputed this but was told because it was a few months ago I now had to pay again. Not fair as I run a business and its extremely hard for me to get time off. When I went it I was then told it was 200 which I was again annoyed. Had my treatment done, went back down to pay and they charged me EXTRA on top of this. After I had the front tooth crown done I couldnt even close my mouth. The SAME day, the crown cracked up the top and a bit fell off. I ending up filing it with a nail file so 1 - I could close my mouth & 2nd - to remove the jagged edges where the crown had fallen off. The filling came out a couple weeks later & another bit of the crown has come off again today. Absolutely fuming as Im petrified of the dentist & now need to find a new one to sort out what this cowboy has done to my teeth. Will be investing further in to any action I can take. I do not recommend this dentist, wish Id listened to the feedback Id heard about them & read the reviews.
