I went twice to the K-BB Continence Clinic due to overactive bladder caused by medication. At the follow up the lady barely recognised me and was just interested in updating my history on the pc. Didn't answer my questions, it was just a box ticking exercise. She gave me another follow up but what for? I will lodge a formal complaint.

Rubbish Gp receptionist are so so so rude shouting and yelling . They are telling we dont have have any appointments go change u r Gp we cant help you . Everyday this happens no one helps u or give u appointment fed up with it .if u dont have appointments for us they why u r registering new patients tell them in Beginning we dont have enough dr we cant help u. I think this Gp should get closed useless Gp and a very bad experience with it

Absolutely ridiculous cant even get an appointment in this place always told to call the next day or Saturday place has gone to shambles I cant get any appointments here not telephone or face to face this place needs to be shut down and all the people working in there need to be sacked and locked up for being so terrible absolutely hate this place from the core.

If I can give it a 0 star I will the most awful awful awful Doctors surgery I have ever come across in my life , impossible to get an appointment in this place receptionist are rude and dont care about their patients , stay away from this surgery if you can
