The Westbourne Green Surgery

I called the Westbourne green surgery on Harrow Road today at 5.22pm to chase up my complaint which i made 3 weeks ago. And the receptionist was rude. When i told him my date of birth he gave me a different patients name and when he repeated my date of birth out loud I asked him to not do that as it is a breach of my data privacy he shouted at me so loud i had to ask him to stop shouting as i had my headphones in. He became so defensive because i asked him to respect my privacy! This surgery has gone downhill and the staff act like they belong on the show shameless. Previously when i booked to take a blood test another member of the reception team failed to let me know that I needed to fast! There is no respect for the patients privacy and so much rudeness and attitude. 3 weeks for a practice manager to respond to me and still waiting and that awful 2min message at the start of the callwere the practice manager is babbling nothing just wanting to show off.

Ive been calling for 3 hours and every time someone answers they hang up and they dont even call back this customer service is very poor also causing me stress which is making my situation worse. WORST GP EVER!

Was Very nice and polite staff. But now it's all changed .... administration reception all are very unprofessional and unorganized. It's better to go to Grand union health center just across the road from this surgery.

Horrible place I have endometriosis but only they can refere to the doctors and Ive been waiting since July and they kept telling me theyve done it so when I spoke to a manager she was getting rude only to realise that they actually didnt send the form out and then tell me that she will then I call again and they tell me youve been sent and discharged. I have not thats why I called then the rude lady over the phone is telling me if you want the letter Re sent go online and book an appointment we dont do appointments Over the phone like what Kind of gp is this?
