Had boiler fitted 4 years ago, found out dec 2020 that water leaking down flue in to boiler causing cut out. He came blamed the boiler manufacturer. Had Ideal Boilers in, they said he's drilled through inner flue when installing and its been leaking for a while. Contacted true flame to come and check out, his words were " Ideal Boilers are talking rubbish) he promised twice on two separate occasions to arrive to look but failed, then all I got was voicemail. Got another engineer in, watched him take flue apart, found drill holes in every piece of flue and condemned boiler on 22nd Dec. Cost me 300 to replace as still only got voicemail. So I've had a damage boiler since installation, so avoid at all costs Service: Heating system installation

I had no recommendation to use this company, found their ad in the free local newspaper with an attractive price for boiler service. Free making initial contact I was called back within a couple of hours to offer a space same day. The job was completed with zero fuss and at the advertised very competitive rate. I then recommended their services to a friend who had an issue with their boiler. Same level of service, came out same day, fixes same day and excellent rates for repair. I cannot recommend this company enough and shall continue to use their professional service for many years to come!
