    Had a connection problem with a Roam X, Liva was on it straight away trying a remote reset, i had to send the unit back to Maxview, they sorted the problem and resent it back to me all in the same day turn around. Marvellous service! Thank You.

    We have a V Cube on top of our van its taken off when not in use for some reason it stopped working just a simple phone call for assistance not a problem While we were down in the area in a few days we decided not to post it but call in Didnt take long to rectify no parts needed Nice to be able to tack something back to a company an get a resolve No one saying its knackered an needs this an this doing to it Thankyou Joe

    It takes quite a bit to surprise me these days but Maxview certainly did that yesterday. My seeker satellite developed a fault after 6 years which they tried to diagnose over the phone and I decided to make the 170 mile journey with the unit to the headquarters in Kings Lynne. Absolutely brilliant customer service. They took to unit off me and two hours later it was fixed. They also replace parts which were showing signs of wear and which THEY were unhappy with! All for no cost to me Thanks guys Did I mention the absolutely brilliant customer service!
