pick ups all over the place even told school they had my son on there bus when he was still waiting at top of road huge safeguarding issue today , my son walked in ,after phonecall I then had to drive 20 mins to meet the taxi with him so much distress caused...... another day another no show rang to be told they did come even though I was stood outside with my son another day of work lost for me fuming , was told to talk to school they will tell me the time they came here because the manager is not allowed to tell me the time they came to my house joke

I worked for them, I did not take notice of the terrible reviews. Not recommended I have given 1 star as it will not allow 0.

Do not perform their duty of care at all. Why the council are using this company should be looked into.

So many times its not arrived on time for school pick up resulting in me having to take her in myself.... Only waits 3 minutes with no text to say its arrived, no toot of the horn, no knock on the door.... so many days of school missed because of them. Never answer the phone when calling. Absolutely a joke of a service!!
