We have worked with the My Debt Recovery team on two separate occasions over the last 18 months, and on both occasions, the service was faultless. The stress of having money owed was significant for us as a small business, so being able to rely on them to take the whole process off our hands was such a huge relief! Especially knowing that it was being dealt with in a compliant way, with the interests of both us and the debtors in mind, so that a suitable resolution could be agreed upon, without creating tension. I would, and have, recommend My Debt Recovery to any business that is owed money, it CAN be dealt with, with minimal stress and usually a mutually agreed solution, that both parties are comfortable with.

We have used HCS to deal with slow payers and potential bad debtors for the last few years. They have always proved to be highly professional and have never failed to achieve a fabulous result for ourselves. I would highly recommend them to any organizations looking to minimize bad debts and be represented by a professional organization.

I am a small Garage and needed a Debt recovered from a National Company. I realised there were a lot of hoops to jump through taking them to the small claims court myself and to finally get the debt collected if I was successful. I had actually been prepared to write the debt off. However Laura & Sean recovered all of the money owing and some. I was kept in the loop so I am more than willing to recommend them.
