Paul at Landford Architectural Services helped us enormously with our project of a roof extension to our bungalow. From the initial plans and throughout the project he was there for all our queries. We used one of the builders he recommended (Silverwoods) and they were excellent. He came up with some ideas we hadnt thought of and the finished project has exceeded all our expectations. A very professional service that we would be very happy to recommend.

Paul recently went above and beyond with an amazing design for our house extension. Paul saw our project through from the initial concept and ideas to being granted full planning permission. Gaining permissions was difficult but Paul navigated it with ease and gave us clear and professional advice. We would highly recommend!

We worked with Paul to completely remodel and extend our 60/70's house in West Wellow. Paul was happy to work with our vision for the house and suggested designs that guided us through the process. He is very professional, organised and easy to work with, he came up with creative ideas but always understood the budgets we were working within. Paul helped us to understand the process at all stages and was attentive to the build throughout. At every stage that we needed advice he was always helpful and constructive in his suggestions. He also recommended our builder to us (Steve at Safechoice Builders) and we are really pleased with his work too. The fact that Paul's drawings were so detailed helped our build stay on budget as there were no hidden surprises. I would thoroughly advise anyone starting a new project to talk with Paul, he is an excellent architect.

Very professional service. Landford Architectural Services drew up clear and thorough extension plans in record time, made some minor changes speedily and without a quibble. Acquired planning permission for the planned extension with great surprise, as what almost seemed like an impossible task, was turned into possible. Will definitely use Landford Architectural Services again. Highly recommended!
