This is the second time we have used Agentis, and yet again we have come away from the experience with tremendous gratitude and thanks to David and particularly this time, Luca, who looked after our very complicated house purchase. Luca remained calm, professional and was always easily contactable and communicative throughout the process which given the way the economy seems to change so frequently at the moment, gave us nothing but huge confidence and reassurance. This is definitely a 5* company. I am a first time buyer, who had no clue what she was doing. I am also dyslexic, which made the whole thought of a mortgage unbearable. ASH HINDS is the mortgage broker who looked after me, and that is an understatement. He took me under his wing, So to speak, spoke to me on a level I understood, helped me with paperwork making sure I understood everything, if I didn't, he explained again. He was available 7 days a week, either through email, messenger or phone call, I'm pretty sure even on days he was meant to be off work. No question was to small or big. He knew exactly what he was doing. Even made himself available to help me with solicitor paperwork and insurance quotes. I put all my trust in ASH, and he didn't let me down. I back this company and ASH 100% and would recommend to family, friends and strangers. Thank you *****
