Smart Home Charge

Have Smart Home Charge to get my Tesla Wall Connector installed. Being charged for the earth rod(materials and installation ) but Being told by the engineer onsite that it is not required. Emailed the CS to confirm if it is not required and being told by CS to prevent the use of the charger until the earth rod is installed(what a professional electrician). Having the 2nd visit booked and the appointment was canceled on the morning on the day of the appointment (what a short notice!). Left the charger idle still and don't know when it can be used. Need to go to public charger even got the charger "installed " at home.

This is how you run a company. I've had two chargers installed by two companies and Smart home charge and their employees are fantastic (especially when compared to the other company). Great phone and email support and great backup when needed. Everyone was based in the UK and were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It also helps that the three installers were nice blokes too! Ohme charger, app and warranty is great too (compared with Hypervolt). Service: Electric car charger installation

Hi my experience did not get off to a grate start but today Craig come and is college and I must say what a credit thay are to the company and restored my faith in smart charge thay were helpful knowledgeable and took the time to explain every thing nothing was to much for them I'm so pleased with the work thay did and I think craige and his other team members need to be recognised for the grate work thay do for the company Service: Electric car charger installation
