        Ordered sharpenair, a week went without being posted, sent an email, no reply after several days. Requested refund through PayPal, they accepted within the hour, which seemed strange as they couldn't reply to my email after several days. I also noticed the price of the sharpenair product had increased in price. Not satisfied

        Ordered an airbrush needle and nozzle set. Initially, contact after a few days to say awaiting stock in a few weeks. Agreed to wait and would contact if not sent a week after this time period. Then: radio silence. Emails sent long after time period agreed, no replies. PayPal dispute opened and subsequently full refund via PayPal after continual lack of response from seller. Disappointing to say the least. Communication of any sort would be fine, but it's not a good business model to ignore customers. Needless to say, I'll shop elsewhere and people will be able to read this review.
