Altus - Floatation Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Ice Bath, Red Light Therapy

Stunning location and a beautiful old building to aid in the relaxing atmosphere. We had sauna + cold water therapy plus infrared. Very clean and well planned environment providing all the guidance and equipment needed. Can't find a single fault.

Altus comes highly recommended very welcoming and clean. The flotation tank is an experience like no other leaves your skin so soft and a good nights sleep is guaranteed so good to be away from everything for an hour very relaxing. Thankyou team Altus!

I've been following the Wim Hof method since the pandemic, doing the breathing exercises followed by a cold shower. When I found this place on an internet search I was so excited to see that it has an ice bath and an infra red sauna as well as floatation therapy. I couldn't wait to find out more about it and when I spoke to Gavin on the phone he was really friendly and helpful. I booked my first session the following day. Gavin showed me all around the facilities which were absolutely wonderful. Both he and Erin made me feel really welcome. It was as if all my dreams had come true. The ice bath and infra red sauna was such an amazing experience. It made me feel so invigorated and alive. I slept so deeply that night. I repeated the same treatment two days later and managed a slightly longer time in the ice bath. I'm really looking forward to my next visit and another chat and cuppa with Gavin.

I had a wonderful first experience at Altus. The floatation therapy did wonders to relax my tired muscles and mind, the effects lasted hrs afterwards too. I would highly recommend. Also Gavin and Erin were so welcoming and friendly will definitely be booking another session soon
