I've been twice and got biab both times, with different designs. The artwork and finish was gorgeous, the staff lovely and incredibly accommodating. I changed my mind a couple of times about colour / design and they were super sweet and understanding about it. They also did an excellent job at interrupting the reference photos I provided and making adaptations to the design. Highly recommend.

Rang up yesterday and got an appointment for Mother's Day for a manicure and pedicure on natural nails. The receptionist answered my questions about parking, cost of services and payment options On the day of the appointment, I rang to reconfirm my appointment, which wasn't a problem We arrived on time and were informed to choose a shade from the wall that the receptionist gestured to. The only feedback I would give at this stage would be to inform customers of all the sections of the shop we can choose shades from, as we didn't know until a little time had passed and another member of staff kindly pointed out the other wall sections. We had plenty of time to relax and choose our shades We chose the shades and had an absolutely lovely pedicure with Tina and Annie. Both members of staff listened to us and any concerns we had. I was a bit unsure about using a razor on my feet, but I felt so reassured I was happy to proceed. Both ladies were courteous and polite in conversation There was a really lovely vibe in the shop and other customers were nice to chat to as well. The tools used for both the pedicure and manicure were clean and there were good hygiene practices in place. I was impressed with the mini towels to dry my hands The manicure was done while our pedicure was drying. The quality of work was of a high standard, and we were both happy with the level of service and work. I was also given advice on a small break on of my nails, which was much appreciated. The deciding factors of choosing this salon was the location, reviews and the price point. It was important to find a salon that had reasonable prices, good feedback from the majority of customers, and showed how the salon responded to negative/critical reviews. I felt the price of a manicure and pedicure for 30 on natural nails was spot on and fantastic value. A manicure alone on natural nails would be 10, and this is definitely a price I would be happy to pay. For these reasons, I will be back and will also be recommending the salon to my friends Having a bowl of delicious chocolate treats in front of us while our pedicure and manicure was drying and not being able to touch them made us laugh and we had a giggle with the staff about it. But we had our reward at the end If I had to give any room for improvement, perhaps a loyalty scheme or when you are having a pedicure, being offered a hot/cold beverage. Otherwise, a fantastic place to visit for a little treat
