        Pre sale they are helpful and friendly but post sale they are awful. Not to mention they mislead me and messed up my agreement in which I ended up having to take out the same credit agreement 3 times in 6 months to rectify their mess. Poor on communication I was always promised a call by the manager or staff member but always ended up chasing them up myself to the point I had to go in store. I do not think they have been trained well in resolving issues/conflict.
