Never picks up the phone. I called twice today alone and both times, held the line for several minutes and then got disconnected. Try email they say....well they do not respond quickly there either. Just trying to understand their definition of customer service. Check your call log. 3 calls today and phone picked up and then you put it down instantly. Just someone at your end picking up the phone and then disconnecting the caller so the ring stops! That is your level of customer service summed up.
