        I had an absolutely delightful afternoon yesterday (10th May) at an event run by the Lincoln Avenue Estate Residents Association Vintage Tea and Sing Along at the Crane Community Centre. Lovely venue. The LAERA are holding their AGM Friday 14th June- 7.30-10pm. Free musical entertainment, sing along, raffle, quiz too. Location is very pleasant, as very close to Crane River and beautiful Kneller Gardens. I feel very fortunate to live in this area.
