        We have been using Gray Point to assist with exiting our lease and dilapidation negotiations. Mike Gray has been an incredible support and will always take his time to answer any questions. If he's busy you will definitely get a call back when free. On top of all this, he's just the nicest person to work with! I would strongly recommend Gray Point, they also saved us a huge amount of money negotiating on our behalf! Top stuff!
