Bought a scooter from here, very nice staff and straightforward to deal with. Subsequently sold the scooter back to them at a fair price and an easy transaction. Good experience all around

Not at all good for buying parts,unless if you want to waste money and time and you want to visit again and again with same problem then you can buy, mine was battery problem visted 7 months after bought, I complain in February and today (29/02/22) still I'm taking rounds of this showroom to sort my problem out.

I bringed my motorbike here for service for 5 time and still having the same rear brake issue, after various mistake in ordering the wrong part, and after I have payed 5 times I still have the same issue plus they have damaged my motorbike even more during their attempt to fix it, and are not taking charge of it they are just asking me to pay for the damage they have done, I do not raccoment this place at all if you care about your motorbike!

2nd time here, having had my first service done before and from what I have experienced, I am highly satisfied with their customer service. Very friendly and well informed staff, they truely show care towards us and our beloved bikes. Had my previous bike stolen unfortunately and I couldn't go without 1 so I opted to visit West London Yamaha this time instead of Lamba in Carshalton, I've had problems in Lamba before, they weren't nice to me as 1 of their staff made a rude comment on my new purchase at that time. Anyway, I needed something bigger this time with extras, they definetly went extra for me, I'm overwhelmed with joy with the package deal I received. They were really sympathetic towards my loss and got me back on the road once again and I couldn't be happier. This time round I'm more confident with my purchase and the level of security I optained with it, hopefully fingers crossed I won't wake up to find my bike missing ever again. Thank you West London Yamaha, especially Pete, Craig and Ray for doing an amazing job, I honestly appreciate your help so thank you. :)
