        I have booked a couples massage and the therapist who massaged me had a cold and constantly coughing and sniffling while massaging me, won't be coming back again.

        I will not give even one star because of the not fair way they treat the clients. I will say double check if you been offered discount as a David lloyd's member and what they really booked you for. The only reason give a 2 stars is thet the therapist is a good professional. However as I been mislead once I will not use the service again... The ladies on reception are not worried
