A Fine Choice Distribution

poor customer service. we asked about shelf life of a product and stocked it in accordance to our strong seasonal business cycle. we received products with 4 month shelflife instead of 12 (which we did notice later, some items do not have a clear expiry date unless you unwrap them) as we were told which did not fit our needs. however this review is not about the product , rather about the service - the customer service lady replied that it was enough time for us to sell the product. of course she knows better.. sadly as a sole distributor she did not offer to speak with the producer to resolve this via extension letter or anything else , just "stock more products" attitude.. at the end most of brands a fine choice stocks can be purchased from big distributors at a similar price or similar alternatives are available.

This is the second time I've ordered from them and my items have gone missing in the post both times. The first time a staff member accidentally put the wrong address in the system which led to a 3 week delay in receiving the products. The second time I was told that my items would be delivered on a certain day and they weren't, and when trying to email and call them I'm not receiving any responses.
