Olivia and her team at HR Department are fantastic. They never felt like just consultants, but was always part of the team. Olivia got to know the business so she understood the challenges and nuances faced. She was always there to either be a sounding board or to assist with more formal procedures, as well as update HR paperwork and policies as needed. The HR Dept has been an exceptional find for us. The increasing burden of Human Resources management had become crippling to our organisation. We have been using HR Dept's service for over 5 years now. Olivia has always been very helpful and responsive. HR issues tend to be complicated, difficult to understand and emotionally stressful.
