Dr a Sarajlic - Staines Road Surgery

Dr Sarajlic should be stripped of her licence! I agree with many reviewers: she is incompetent, non patient focused, rude and uncaring. Totally unsympathetic and ignorant. In 2009, she totally ignored my 13 years old daughter's leg pain, dismissed it as growing pains. It was only by the 3rd appointment I insisted that something should be done, she sent us to Middlesex Hospital...only for doctors there to diagnosed she had slipped epiphysis and performed emergency operation. She has a titanium rod placed to hold her hip and femur. Fast forward 2021, I went to the surgery with regular chest pains and menopause. Nothing for the menopause, saying my blood pressure reading was slightly high and therefore nothing can be given! Didn't really care or explored why I had chest pains. Just said, I'll send you to hospital for X-ray. Obviously she didn't put in an urgent request because the appointment took months to come through. Surgery didn't notify me of result, I had to telephone was unable to speak to doctor...reception just said, your x-ray show normal. WTH...receptionist giving health results? Unheard of. Luckily I had a follow up consultation with the specialist nurse at the hospital who put me on a treadmill test because he suspected I had a bad heart. I failed the test. Then they gave me a CT scan and immediately diagnosed me with angina - heart disease. The hospital has been dealing with me directly, without any interference from the Staines Road surgery. Thank god...because had I waited for Dr Sarajlic...I could well have had a heart attack and could well be dead! Note, the surgery is only interested in registering patients (because they get money per patient), and forever sending me texts for smear tests which they do at the surgery. Again, for every test they do, they are paid. What about breast scans for breast cancer? Nope, no communications regarding this, because it's done at Teddington Memorial hospital...so the surgery are not paid. This doctor is only interested in making money! If you value your health and health of your family please register else where.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I am not a doctor, that's why I seek help from professionals and trust their advices but I have never got a solutions to my problem since I had her as a GP. The receptionist is extremely rude, like she's talking to her friends with her sarcastic tone or she's tired to do her job. I have some skin irritations/problems and the doctor never actually found out a solution and it's been a year almost. She just looks at me and gives me creams. 2 minutes appointments maximum. No blood tests, no deep analysis, nothing. I really hope she can read this (because I'm not even the only one saying it) and if you are looking for a GP that will assist you with manners and efficiency, go to another one. They're not for you.

Excellent all round. I moved here from the Green Surgery and over the past year or so I have been extremely impressed with everyone I have dealt with, from the reception staff, to the doctors, to the phlebotomists.
