Attended this salon for a full head of highlights + cut where the hairdresser started with foils (but not threading the hair out) at the bottom and by the top was just applying bleach direct to my scalp. After washing this out my hair at the roots was completely orange and so she reapplied more bleach claiming this was now the colour but in fact just burned my scalp. She then said when it was dry it would look more natural. After then cutting six inches off my hair unevenly, the colour was not right and my hair was so dry that I was offered to come back the next day to sort this. The lady on the following day did her best to try and fix this but too much damage was already done and my hair is not in a good way.

Went for my first ever Hollywood wax with Ritu and she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I also had a back massage which was wonderful! Defo recommend this will be my regular salon
