Due to personal circumstances before, during and after Pandemic Lockdown, my health and financial means have not been optimum. The determination and faith that lead me to the Free Yoga site, leave me forever grateful for its ethos of inclusion for all, and when there is the opportunity for reciprocity, I shall not hesitate. Ranjanaben has been the teacher enabling my participation and the teaching received, has been contributory to preparing my body and mind with the core strengths, flexibility and peace needed (throughout that time and since). This in turn has and will, enable me to endure. There is not enough wealth in the universe to repay the value of her time and the free service provided. Additionally, I take this opportunity to pass on my gratitude to Sunilbhai for the platform and his whole team who are invaluable to humanity. Blessed to be a student, I always look forward to class with 'First day at school enthusiasm' .
