Confirmed twice with the central booking team the day before only for there to be complete chaos on the day of our journey. Lady even called back and confirmed the ages of the children.
Central team did resolve the matter by sending two cars for the same price however it came 25 minutes after our booking was meant to take place.
First driver (attached) was extremely rude. No respect for the luggage by chucking it down and then was extremely argumentative, also refusing to put another small luggage in front seat (on the floor) despite having space.
Second driver was polite and courteous.
