I was happy on the day and the result, I cant fault that. I was let down unfortunately by them not sending my report to the correct email address. I sent them 3 emails over the course of the month to request the report but I still didnt receive it and this is why I rated 3 stars. Hopefully it was just a one off situation. On the day they were polite, professional and arrived on time.

DTS provided a well thought-out solution to the WiFi issue on our property using Ubiquiti Access Points. The engineers (Luke and Bill) were brilliant and went the extra mile by straightening out some other smaller wiring issues while they had access to the loft space. 5 star service.

There good at taking your money but the service could be much better.. the engineers are at fault not proper trained then the managing director calls you are lier saying its you house wire which is old.. went really its not.. very disappointing for the money I paid and then eventually a engineer called Matt arrives and sorting thing out.. 10/10 to you Matt you done a brilliant job thank you x Services: Installation, Security cameras
