Lloyds Pharmacy

I have no choice but to use this pharmacy for my particular condition, I have been over ten times and have always been waiting minimum an hour for my medication. Its really hard to manage my time given you have to wait in a queue to get a ticket to then wait usually over 40 mins to get the medication

This place is a joke and the staff extremely rude. No organisation at all. Was meant to collect my sons asthma pump yesterday, told they are too busy and have to collect today. Go there and told its not in stock and it will be in later snd someone will call. Noone called. Its disgusting they leave people without medication. The young boy in there and the young girl need to learn customer service.

Waiting time for collecting a prescription is in average 1 hour. Rude staff and outdated system.

Very rude staff, showed no good customer service skills. The person who served me reduced the quantity of my prescription by two days stating that he cannot sell me the dose that was prescribed by the doctor which was for five days so, he gave me three days worth of the medication instead and I still had to pay the full price.

I dont recall a more depressing, pathetic, unhelpful and disorganised organisation ever in my life. It takes the first place!
