Changed my electronic prescription nomination to themselves without my consent... As someone who works in the industry themselves, this is a big NO.

I have always had great experience and politeness from staff, very helpful. Reason why i changed my last pharmacy. Great staff always welcoming and helpful with pleasant smile.

Staff members are just standing like a tree and not asking the people "who is next". The tall man is like who is not there. A patient was asking for med, he wanted to buy as he said he is coughing and vomiting. The staff members were free and they did not want to help (pretending that they don't understand him). I needed to explain the obvious to them? Am I working there? Expensive pharmacy and they don't do delivery.

This pharmacy decided to take my prescription and change where it is to be sent by my doctor so I had no idea where it was. When I finally found out, I went to collect it and advised that I do not appreciate them effectively stealing my repeat prescription without consent. I was told it cant be done and was an issue with my doctor. I know thats not the case but wasnt met with an apology just more excuses. I would never use them again.

I could have give 0. Absolutely disgusting staffs. No professional manners and there is no duty of care. Very bad behaviour, waiting time is more than 1 hour for prescription.
