Please AVOID for Important Requests I used the DHL service for an urgent request and they did not even know how to fulfil the process correctly and by DHL standards - which meant the parcel that I urgently needed sending, was redirected and sent to my home address!! I queried this with them and I did not get any useful information, reassurance or even an apology for the mixup. I called DHL and told them about the issue and they said that this company should have not processed it in the way that they did. Please use well established and experienced DHL Service Points!
