        Very poor service with inconsistent carers arriving daily and also on the whole do not speak good English which is very difficult for the elderly to understand especially if they hard of hearing they called today to attend my mother in law who was on the loo at the time never bothered to call out and left marking down as she was not at home beggers believe comes to mind and worse

        I was hit by a driver for your service on the junction between Harewood Place and Oxford Street that leads traffic to Hollee Street today at approximately 15:50 and the driver fled the scene. I have reported the incident to the police but I demand that someone from your company reaches out to me and corroborates the required information with the police. If this is how your drivers behave on one of the busiest/stressful streets in London, I would hate to see how your facilities cares for people in stressful situations. Appalling.
