        I bought a pair of Nickers/ ladies underwear, but was not told that I could not exchange them. I only went to the ladies toilets and tried to try them on over my long Jons, but couldnt as they felt to small on the hips. I wanted to exchange them,, but couldnt not I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THEM.

        I absolutely love this shop and find it impossible not to visit whenever I go to the hospital. They sell lovely clothing, accessories and gifts and I always find something to purchase. The staff are super helpful and friendly. A real gem.

        Every time Ive got an appointment at the hospital, I go at least an hour early! Great selection of clothes and gifts, I have even gone there shopping when Ive not got an appointment. The ladies are great too, extremely helpful and experienced in the stock,
