Well for me they been so good of course you have to call 8 am exactly so can get appointment and doctors they been so good they give the appropriate treatment

The doctors themselves dont deserve 1 star, they have always been as helpful as they could be. Im leaving 1 star because its borderline impossible to reach a doctor. Ive called at 8:10 and even earlier to be told Im too late and to try again tomorrow. Ordered a repeat prescription 5 days ago and it still hasnt been approved, currently going into hour 2 of being on hold to get it sorted. Ive been with this GP for over a year now and in that time I have only managed to get a face-to-face appointment twice. Its a joke

Worst surgery. Never able to help on time Will always ask you to wait in long qeues for appointments

I found reception staff to be professional and polite and the doctor I saw was wonderful and really helped me.

VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They dont know how to talk to people not to examine/treat them. This GP should close immediately is just unbelievable on how much taxes we pay and get wasted by people like this. They got no clue on any of their policies and giving false information all the time. The lady I spoke on the phone just now could not even speak proper english. You need to take some measures as this cant keep happening we got our rights to be treated properly thats why we pay our taxes. Bunch of non sense useless people in one building. Disgrace and full shame on you thats what I got to say.
