David arrived within hours. I requested for 30mins notice which he did - thank you. He is knowledgable, explained the issue and tried to order part. But he told me the part is too expensive and suggested I can buy it online and replace it myself. I am surprised. I spent 2/3 of the price he found inc next day delivery - very glad. Thank you David. Might be he stressed out by the parking and stairs he wasnt as responsive or friendly as others mentioned. But generally Id recommend him and use him again. If he could send me the receipt which I asked a couple of times so I can claim insurance Id be very appreciated, please? Thank you Judy Service: Washer/dryer repair

David at Appliance Repair Expert is THE MAN!!! My wife recently lost her diamond necklace, which was a present following the birth of our daughter and as such had huge sentimental value to her. We thought it was likely it may have gone through the wash in her jacket pocket. After one repairman told me it wasnt worth taking the washer apart, I called David and he said he had seen this before and could help. David came at short notice, on time and methodically disassembled our front loader washing machine to check the places it could possibly be. On the fourth place he checked, which was underneath the drum leading to the filter, I was beginning to lose hope But then out it fell!! I could not believe it! David then reassembled the machine like a pro and demonstrated it was working again. Highly recommended! Service: Washing machine repair
