Unfortunately my experience was not good. I arrived on time but due to congestion in the car park I arrived late. I apologised and explained the issue, I was told I should rebook. I asked to speak to the person in charge to explain and she was very rude and dismissive. As I took a day off work I decided to wait. 4 hours later I am still waiting. The disrespectful lead nurse I later found out was a student, which is very concerning. The scanner may be new and upto date but their interpersonal skills and respect for patients leaves a lot to be desired. I may add I am a senior member of the NHS and will be escalating this matter further as they are attached to Croydon university hospital. Absolutely disgusting

Originally my appointment was for a different date, but they offered me an earlier appointment. They tell you to arrive 15 minutes early which I did, I was sat waiting for an hour. They then tell me that the scanner wasn't working properly so they were running behind. Not happy ad parking is expensive around the hospital

A new Samsung scanner. wow!!!! Alot less noisier. The lady that dealt with me was very nice. Mayday/ Croydon University hospital is looking up,much better than it used to be.

I would love to give 5 star to this place . Specifically because of 2 wonderful people (Fari &Amith ). Thank you I will never forget the care and kindness that I received from both of you. They are wonderful people , very professional , kind and organised . Very calm and well mannered. They are the stars of this place. I wish one day they will run the whole place . Because !! this place has to change the receptionists are so arrogant . They have no clue how to behave properly they talk about their weekends in front of clients I just really dont understand the customer service here in the uk . Why is it acceptable to have a conversation about your weekend routines gym schedules etc in front of the patients ? I dont think this should be taught. Just basic manners really . Then I had to call them to speak to the, and they given me the wrong information over the phone. - I have been told that I will receive my scan results within the next 3 days so I was preparing myself mentally for the worst then I found out from the rude receptionist that more likely over 3 weeks I have to wait /. She was also laughing at me. I said to her look your colleague told me that it will be 3 days maximum. Honestly you guys need more training You make this place look so disorganised Also can you please not use your phone whilst with a client? Many thanks
