Croydon Sexual Health Centre

My first experience with the NHS and honestly Im blown away! I was seen by Nurse Vanita Devadass who was lovely, friendly and so super quick! The clinic is clean and the advice I was given details and reassuring! Highly recommend!

Today I visit for the first time Croydon health clinic. I was seen by nurse Jane Thompson. It was really a nice appointment. The professionalism, the communication, the service, everything it was really awesome. All staff is very polite and helpful. Such a friendly environment to be at. Well done for all the staff. Special for the nurse Jane. Thank you I will definitely recommend the clinic.

I believe its not easy to book an appointment through their online webpage but I am lucky enough to get one of it from the receptionist after I walked in. Today it comes to my first day to get the service from them and the nurse, Varinda (if not mistaken) in-charge of the whole process and she has been very nice and mindful towards me. Thumbs up for the crew

EDIT: After the initial issues booking the appointment in the first place, I had my appointment. The staff were great and the procedure took minutes. I was well informed with everything that was going to happen and was made to feel at ease. Really impressed with the care I received! The booking system needs to be sorted but other than that, Im very pleased. So far Im not having the best luck using this service. Ive had to wait for days before I could actually book an appointment for a phone call. When I was finally able to make the appointment, I wasnt called as arranged - my appointment had been moved to another time without notice and the time changed. Upon calling reception to find out what was going on, I was pretty much dismissed and told to wait for my call, which will now be hours later. Not impressed as per when it comes to Croydon medical services.
