10/10 experiance unlike my visual acuity. Thorough examination and scan by Optician and ? technician. Full explanation of problem, big Thank you to Janet for putting up with my procrastination and indecisive behaviour. Also thank you to Marie for tolerating my child like behaviour when I could see properly and Sarah for making sure my eyeballs where in the right place. I think I have posted this on another Opticians by mistake.

I walked in today very stressed my glasses had broken while in town. a lovely lady with short hair and acolourful dress could see i was in need of help and did everything she could to help thank you

Staff was lovely...Sharon ( she's the optician) was very kind (will do whatever she can to order my lenses in.)..and receptionist Marie was such a sweetheart...that's 10/10 from me...
