At the time of my visit they had a 5 star food hygiene rating which is one of the reasons I decided to try them out, however when you visit the store it does appear like a standard kebab outlet, it is slightly tired and could do with a redecorate and good tidy up and the staff could do a little more with their appearance but I was there for the food. I was a little disheartened that the server was not wearing gloves, nor did he wash his hands before making my food - Ill assume hed wash his hands earlier. The portion sizes were generous, and the food tasted pretty good, the meat wasnt too salty or gritty. I wasnt disappointed. Id increase my rating if the experience was better ie improve hygiene eg wear gloves when handling food or at least wash hands first before starting to prep the food. Also take pride in your personal appearance its a reflection of the outlet.
